Masterclass Barbera

Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours

Goal: to understand the variety of styles and versatility of the barbera grape

What we do:

• Visit to the winemaking and aging cellar
• Tasting of 6 wines (2 rosés and 4 reds) made only from barbera grapes
• Small snack (salami, cheese, breadsticks)
• Detailed description of the differences in the work in the vineyard, winery, and aging process to get different results
